Description
The IS230TDBTH6A is a board component created by GE for the Mark VI system. The Mark VI is a platform for the management of gas and steam turbine systems.The Mark VI can be designed either as a simplex or a triple redundant system to meet the need and complexity of the associated turbine system. The IS230TDBTH6A is a BPPB Discrete Timer terminal board with DIN Rail mounting.This board accepts 24 group isolated contact inputs with a nominal 125 V dc wetting voltage from an external source.This is one of three versions of the TDBT board, and the most powerful of the three. The IS230TDBTH6A has two terminal strips (TB1 and TB2,) located on the front edge of the board.Contact inputs are made to the 48 terminals on the lower portion of the terminal board. The board has three female connectors (JW1/JW2 and JE1.) These include one three-position plug and two multiposition plug connectors. The board also has three cable connectors (JR1/JS1/JT1) that are placed side-by-side on the rear long edge of the board.The board has three lines of four relays, and several lines of metal oxide varistors (a total of 49 MOVs.) The board also has integrated circuits, resistors, capacitors, and diodes. The board has filters to reduce high-frequency noise and to suppress surge at each input.The board has no jumpers or hardware settings. The IS230TDBTH6A is surrounded by a metal frame that allows the board to be DIN-rail mounted.It attaches to this frame via several screw mounts threaded through factory-made holes made in the surface of the board.
