General Electric created the IS200TRPLH1AEC to be a component in the Mark VI series. This device is known as a primary trip terminal board. The IS200TRPLH1AEC is a type of printed circuit board or PCB. The Mark VI and other series in the Mark line have been in use for decades to manage and automate the processes of gas and steam turbines. The IS200TRPLH1AEC printed circuit board contains a variety of different electronic components. The most prominent components on the PCB are nine (9) large relays, which may also be called contactors. Every one of the relays is black and white and enclosed by a transparent plastic case. Information about the component, including the voltage (24 volts DC) is printed on the top of each relay. Two (2) more large components may be found on the left edge of the IS200TRPLH1AEC. These components are black terminal blacks which can be used to house terminals. Several terminal blocks can be contained inside each device. The IS200TRPLH1AEC contains a number of red circular components which are called MOVs, short for metal oxide varistors. Three (3) of these are situated at the lower right of the IS200TRPLH1AEC while at least three (3) more have been positioned at the top left. The IS200TRPLH1AEC also contains several solid yellow capacitors that vary in size from very small to large. Bordering the right edge of the IS200TRPLH1AEC are three (3) connector ports. These connector ports are black with many small female connectors. A series of white jumper ports are also positioned on the IS200TRPLH1AEC. The largest is located near the bottom and smaller ports are near the top right.
