The IS200PICHG1A is a Phase Interface and Control Board designed as a component for the Mark VI system from GE.The Mark VI is one of the many Speedtronic systems released by General Electric for the management of gas and steam turbines.Speedtronic systems are designed to be scalable for the needs of turbine applications both simple and complex. The IS200PICHG1A is designed for use within Innovation Series drives.This board contains all of the gating drivers and feedback signal processing circuits for four dual IGBT modules located on the H-bridge phase assembly.The IS200PICHG1A contains multiple auxiliary boards (subassemblies) that are soldered into the motherboard. These boards include: One (1) IS205TFBHIGBT Temperature Feedback Board Four (4)IS205VCXH VCO Feedback Transmitter Boards Eight (8) IS205IGDH IGBT Gate Driver Boards The IS200PICHG1A has one jumper, three LED indicator lights, fifteen TP test points, three stab-on connectors, twelve plug connectors, and twenty-four fiber optic connectors.Some of these may be located on sub-assemblies. The board has ten transformers, multiple inductor coils, high voltage capacitors and capacitors of other materials, along with several heat sinks. The four VCXH board assemblies are used in various ways on the IS200PICHG1A.One is used for Phase Current, one for Phase to Neutral Voltage, and the last two are used for DC Capacitor Bus Voltages.The eight IDGH boards are used to interface with the IGEH board that is mounted to the IGBT module. These subassemblies provide most of the circuitry required for this process.The single TFBH temperature feedback board is used to monitor IGBT cold-plate temperature. This temperature information is transmitted at a 250 kHz data rate.
