Description
The IS200IGEHG1A is a board component manufactured by General Electric for the Mark VI system.The Mark VI is a Speedtronic platform designed for the management of gas and steam turbines of various size and complexity.It can be built as either a simplex or as a triple redundant system to meet the needs of its associated turbine. The IS200IGEHG1A functions as an IGBT Passive Interface Board.It provides the passive output stage interface components that are required at the IGBT gate terminals within Innovation Series drives.This board is designed with axial gating resistors that have been sized to act as fuse elements. The IS200IGEHG1A is drilled in multiple locations within the body of the board.Six of these are ringed with a conductive material and are marked as E1 through E6.These eyelet connectors have various uses. The board also has two plug connectors with six positions each.The board is fitted with TP test points, two LED indicators, resistors, capacitors, and diodes. This includes two transient voltage suppression diodes that limit maximum gate voltage.There is also a diode clamp (+15 V) on the board. A high voltage diode is placed on the board to allow for a desaturation detection circuit. The board has a bleed resistor placed in parallel with the IGBT gate. The IS200IGEHG1A is built without fuses or adjustable hardware.The board's four test points are for factory use only.
