Description
The IS200EPCTG1A is a component for the Mark VI series from GE.The Mark VI is part of the Speedtronic series for gas/steam turbine management. The IS200EPCTG1A is an Exciter PT/CT board.It contains isolation transformers for critical generator voltage and current measurements.There are two three-phase generator PT voltage inputs and two generator CT current inputs on the board.There is also one analog input. The CT and PT input burdens are less than 1 VA. The cable length between the EPCT board and the PT may be up to 305 meters (1000 feet.)Use #12 AWG twisted shielded wire. The cable length between the EPCT board and the CT may be up to 305 meters (1000 feet.) Use #10 AWG wire. The IS200EPCTG1A is built with three terminal strips located on the front edge of the board.Two of these (TB2/TB3) are four-position strips. The other terminal strip has twenty-four positions.The back edge of the board has three male vertical pin connectors. These are labeled J305, J308, and J315.The center of the board has four transformers in frames and two toroidal transformers connected directly to the board.The board also has six metal oxide varistors, which are located next to transformers. The board has a single jumper, twelve TP test points, and multiple capacitors and resistors. The IS200EPCTG1Awill be carefully packed by our warehouse staff, including the use of an anti-static sleeve or covering to protect the board from static discharge during transit.Please follow manufacturer procedures for installation as printed in manuals or datasheets.
