The IS200EMCSG1A is a component for the Mark VI series from GE.General Electric has had six major releases of gas and steam turbine management systems under the Speedtronic name; the Mark VI is the fifth of these.With over three decades of research behind its development, the MKVI was designed by GE turbine and controls engineering specialists to be a complete protection, monitoring, and control solution.It is based around a 13- or 21- card Control Module that executes the bulk of applications for the control of the turbine and its auxiliaries. All protection and control reside in the Control Module.This module connects to a PC-based HMI (operator interface) that allows an operator to access information from this module in one location using proprietary software like GE's CIMPLICITY graphics. However, the HMI is a non-essential part of the control system and thus can be rebooted or replaced with processes running. The IS200EMCSG1A is a small board with few components.It functions as a Conduction Sensor. The board has four conduction sensors (E1 through E4) located on the board.These are used to detect the presence of current in the bus. The output is a logic signal. The IS200EMCSG1A is a Hall effect conduction sensor that works with the EDEX board.This sensor is mounted in the air gap of a circular steel core attached to the board. Two independent sensor circuits (U1 and U2) are powered from separate power supplies located on the back edge of the board and use separate conduction sensors to keep them mutually exclusive. The IS200EMCSG1A is marked with the codes CCTC, 0211, 94V0, E99006, and Type 5.It is also marked with the manufacturer's logo and the board identification number.
