The IS200EHFCH2A is a small board component for the Mark VI series.The Mark VI is part of the Speedtronic line of gas and steam turbine control systems, which has had decades of research and development.The Mark VI is considered a completely integrated system for the protection, monitoring, and control for generator and mechanical drive applications of heavy-duty turbine systems.The Mark VI includes a Windows PC-based operator interface that connects to the system's 13- or 21-slot standard VME board rack control module. The IS200EHFCH2A is an Exciter Fan Control Board.This is a very small printed circuit board with very few components.The board is built with three individual plug connectors. One is a 2-position plug, one a 3-position plug, and one is a 4-position plug.The board has one CPU chip (U1) and another integrated circuit (U2.) The IS200EHFCH2A is built with two display lights.These are marked Stat” and Flt.” Both are mounted toward the board edge.The board has four TP test points. Next to the four test points, the board is built with a field of small metal points laid out two by ten.These are labeled IA/00. There are two factory-drilled holes with metal inserts located on this side of the board. These are labeled as E1” and E2.” The board has three jumper switches.It is worth noting that while JP2 and JP3 are two position jumpers, J1 is a three position jumper. The board is also populated with several lines of capacitors and resistors. Most components on the board are labeled with a number and a reference designator.
