The DS3820AISA1A1A is part of the Speedtronic Mark IV line manufactured by General Electric.The DS3820AISA1A1A is a smaller circuit board. The DS3820AISA1A1A has four light blue resistors with up to five colored rings to indicate how much energy was resistor can restrict at any time. The DS3820AISA1A1A has four sets of pins called Jumper Ports. Jumper Ports come with small plastic sleeves to cover the pins.
