Description

The DS3800XAIB was created by GE or General Electric. This product is a component of the Mark IV (MKIV) system which is used for turbine management. This series automates both gas and steam turbines. The DS3800XAIB is a type of PCB or printed circuit board.

The DS3800XAIB features a variety of important circuit board components. One half of the circuit board is taken up by a series of twelve (12) large components. Eight (8) of these components are rectangular. They are made of a type of plastic and are black in color. They are alternated with the other four (4) components which are also rectangular. Theseare silver in color and they are made of a metal material. On the opposite edge of the DS3800XAIB there is a series of connector ports. These ports are blue in color. They all have “male” connector pins. Six (6) of these ports are medium sized. They each have a total of twenty-six (26) pins. The remaining four (4) ports are smaller in size. These each have a total of ten (10) connector pins. Positioned in the middle of the DS3800XAIB is a variety of small components. Many very small blue-green capacitors are aligned in a row spanning nearly the entire length of the circuit board. Along with these capacitors, there are also several small yellow capacitors located among them. There are sixteen (16) of these yellow capacitors in total. Many small resistors can also be found near the center of the DS3800XAIB. Many of these resistors are solid red in color. There are thirty-four (34) of these resistors altogether.
