Description
General Electric (GE) created the DS3800NPSC1 PCB (printed circuit board) to be a component in the Speedtronic Mark I system. Mark IV is a system in the Mark series which automates and controls gas and steam turbine operations. The Mark IV also protects the turbine system and its operations from potentially dangerous conditions. For decades, the Mark series have been operating steam and gas turbines efficiently.
The series’s first system was known as Mark I. The Mark I was produced decades ago in the late 1960s, specifically in 1968. The Mark IV is responsible for automating all of the processes of turbines. Turbine processes like startup, shutdown, and cooldown, both liquid and gas fuel injection, and the system’s temperature are all automated by the Mark IV system. The Mark IV features a system of diagnostics which enables the operators to troubleshoot any problems and make repairs. The Mark IV series also contains a printer which is built into the system. The printer produces timestamped printouts of events. This gives the operator a written record showing which errors and trips occurred in the turbine and at what time they happened. The DS3800NPSC1 is a form of PCB which is called a power supply circuit board. A series of diodes may be featured on a power supply board. Power supply boards sometimes contain LEDs (light-emitting diodes). The LEDs emit a glow from the light when the component is working. Transistors are often featured on power supply printed circuit boards such as the DS3800NPSC1. The surface of the DS3800NPSC1 may also have a series of small resistors situated on the top.
Purchase
Please give us a call or send us an email for pricing on New Surplus and Reconditioned replacements that we have in our inventory. Our lead times are short, stock is excellent, and pricing is competitive. We hope to be your go-to supplier for all GE Turbine replacement boards and controls.
