Description
The DS3800NOAB1C1B has been manufactured by GE as an operational amplifier board. This fits into their Mark IV series. The Mark IV manages gas and steam turbine systems and is able to automate some processes for more control, including start-up and cool down. It can also be used to monitor air and fuel emissions.
The DS3800NOAB1C1B is built with four Burr-Brown operational amplifiers (high current, high power.) The metal case of the Burr-Brown 3573 amplifier is hermetically sealed and is electrically isolated from the amplifier circuitry.These amplifiers are rated for 150 degree Celsius maximum junction temperature. All four amplifiers have been fitted with a heat sink.
The DS3800NOAB1C1B is able to accept an auxiliary board. Four nylon pins are located on the DS3800NOAB1C1B to support the corners of the extra board. Two lines of board-to-board pins (twenty-nine in all) lock the auxiliary into place.
The DS3800NOAB1C1B has thirteen TP test points. It is worth noting these are not labeled 1-13, but rather are placed on the board in the order of TP13 first, then TP1-TP12. DS3800NOAB1C1B has one amber light emitting diode (LED,) and a single transistor. The board has four integrated circuits.Resistors on the board may be carbon composite or metal film.
The DS3800NOAB1C1B communicates with other PCBs via its 218A4553-1 AMP 533002-1 mating connector. It also has one Augat connector and one 10-pin male connector. The DS3800NOAB1C1B is alignment marked (A-J) and factory drilled. It has extractor clips installed in two corners.
