Description
The DS3800NGRA1H1C is a PCB manufactured by GE as a part for the Mark IV system. This system, which was created for steam/gas turbine control, is able to automate some processes for more efficient management, including cool down procedures. The Mark IV relies on integrated chipsets built with overlapping responsibilities to minimize downtime caused by electronics failure.
The DS3800NGRA1H1C has twenty-five integrated circuits built into the board. This includes LM308 series precision operational amplifiers. These amplifiers have high input impedance, low noise, and low input offsets and temperature drifts, which are all made possible by the use of Super Beta processing technology. The board also includes voltage comparators, analog switches, rigid terminals, and hex inverters.
The DS3800NGRA1H1C is factory-drilled for mounting (all corners,) and has been marked on one edge with “6BA04” and “NGRA 6DA04.” It is also marked for alignment on two edges.
The DS3800NGRA1H1C has one female 28-pin Augat connector placed near the center.It also has two 218A4637P6 mating connectors and two 218A4637P4 connectors. All connectors are through-hole right-angled connectors.
Resistors, capacitors, and diodes are placed across the face of the DS3800NGRA1H1C. Resistors tend to be metal film. Capacitors vary but include fixed vacuum capacitors and polyester film. Polyester film capacitors on the board include 80V, 100V, and 200V.
