Description
The DS3800NFDB1A1A is a part of the Speedtronic Mark IV series used to control both gas and steam turbines. The DS3800NFDB1A1A was produced by General Electric (GE). The DS3800NFDB1A1A is a daughter board, or a board that can be attached to alarger board in order to add extra components and more functions to the board if needed.
Featured in the middle of the DS3800NFDB1A1A is a silicon controlled rectifier. These components are sometimes called semiconductor-controlled rectifiers. This rectifier is designated with the initials SCR and is called SCR1. Silicon controlled rectifiers are current controlling devices which conduct current in only one direction. Also featured on the DS3800NFDB1A1A is a long black resistor. CTG-319-CGN33, which is the part number of the resistor, is marked on the top of the resistor. The resistor is designated with the letter R and is called R2. Two small diodes are right next to the large resistor. The diodes are black and grey. They are designated with the letters CR and are called CR2 and CR1. A big silver capacitor is located on one side of the DS3800NFDB1A1A. The capacitor is designated with the letter C and it is called C1. Three mid-sized resistors are found on one edge of the small daughter card. The resistors are mostly brown but are banded in various colors. The bands on the resistors are gold, white, orange, and black. These resistors are designated with the letter R and they are called R5, R4, and R3. Also placed on the DS3800NFDB1A1A are two small light blue resistors. The resistors have bands in different colors and they are designated with the letter R, as R6 and R1.
Purchase
Please give us a call or send us an email for pricing on New Surplus and Reconditioned replacements that we have in our inventory. Our lead times are short, stock is excellent, and pricing is competitive. We hope to be your go-to supplier for all GE Turbine replacement boards and controls.
Exchange
We conveniently offer an exchange program that allows you to recycle your old board and receive an up-front discount on a replacement. Please ask about our exchange credit program if you have a defective board to exchange with the purchase of a new or reconditioned replacement. We ask that the defective board is sent in within 30 days of the purchase.
