Description
The DS3800HXFC is a GE PCB (printed circuit board) manufactured for the Mark IV series. The MKIV manages steam or gas turbines. It is designed around a framework of linked computer systems that watch the turbine around the clock for issues like loss of flame, high pressure, fire, and over temperature.
The DS3800HXFC is lettered (A through J) on its top edge for alignment purposes. The board has factory drillings in all four corners and has nylon extractors added to two of these. Extractor clips benefit technicians by giving them a handle to grasp the PCB by. Extractor clips also allow technicians to use a lever action to push the PCB out of its position in the frame.
The DS3800HXFC is built with three mating connectors, including a right-angled female connector (218A4553-1 Amp 533002-1,) a male vertical pin connector, and a right-angled male connector. The board has one amber LED and two red LEDs, one toggle switch, four TP test points, and four nylon spacer pins. These pins are located to carry an auxiliary board if it is installed.
The DS3800HXFC is built with six resistor network arrays, which are sometimes used for voltage division. The board has eight jumper switches. It has over forty circuits, including hex/quad D flip-flops and quad differential line drivers.
This board will ship from our warehouse in a static-reducing, protective sleeve or covering. TurbineIndustrial recommends reviewing any OEM paperwork from your original part purchase before attempting installation. GE provided all technical support for the DS3800HXFC, including manuals and data sheets.

Repair
We offer repair on most GE Turbine boards we sell. Although we usually have replacements available, we recognize that customers may prefer to have their board repaired. Our repair program allows us to offer a lower cost alternative to replacement.
