Description

The DS3800HSQE1 was produced by General Electric. This product is a component in the Speedtronic Mark IV series made to control turbines. The DS3800HSQE1 is a printed circuit board, or PCB.

The DS3800HSQE1 features many different types of components. Prominently featured around the board are thirty-two (32) integrated circuits. Twenty-six of the integrated circuits are small. Five (5) of the integrated circuits are medium-sized and one (1) of the integrated circuits is large. The part numbers are labeled on the tops of the integrated circuits. Four (4) connector ports are located on the DS3800HSQE1. There is one (1) port positioned in the center of the board. Two (2) ports are positioned on the DS3800HSQE1’s right edge. The part numbers of these two ports, 218A4637P5 and 218A4637P3, are labeled on the tops of the devices. The final port is positioned along the bottom edge of the board. Near the upper edge of the DS3800HSQE1, there are nine (9) LEDs or light-emitting diodes. Of the nine LEDs, eight (8) of them are red and one (1) of them is orange in color. Also seen on the DS3800HSQE1 are many capacitors in various sizes, shapes, and colors. Some of the small capacitors are silver, red, and blue. There are also bigger silver and black capacitors. Displayed on the DS3800HSQE1 are more than one-hundred (100) small resistors. The resistors are covered in bands which are red and blue. Three (3) test points are located close to the top of the DS3800HSQE1. Users can test the functionality of the board using the test points.
