DS3800HSHA is a circuit card created by General Electric. This card was made to be part of the Speedtronic Mark IV series. Mark IV is a series of turbine operation controls. The Mark series have been in charge of correct turbine operation and safety since the development of Mark I in the 1960s. The DS3800HSHA is a highway circuit board.

Prominent on the DS3800HSHA is a collection of integrated circuits in a variety of sizes. Twenty-five integrated circuits are displayed on the board. These integrated circuits each contains several different electrical components on every single chip. The DS3800HSHA features two groups of jumper pins including red jumpers, allowing the operator to alter the functions of the board. Also displayed on the board are various yellow and blue capacitors of different sizes. Striped, multicolored resistors can be found scattered around the board. A series of test points is located to the right of the card. Designated with labels such as COM, RST, DSYNC, SYNC and DATA, these test points enable a user to ensure that the card is operating correctly. Next to the test points are 3 light-emitting diodes, or LEDs. One of the diodes is orange in color and the other two are red. Silver diodes are also grouped around the card. A connector port occupies much of the left border of the card and a smaller connector port is located on the opposite edge.
