Description

The GE Network Controller Board DS3800HLNE1 features a modular connector on 1 end and retention levers on the other end. The board is populated with a microprocessor. The board is populated with multiple transistor-transistor logic devices. The GE Network Controller Board DS3800HLNE1 is also populated with 3 red indicator LEDs and 1 amber indicator LED. The board also has multiple sockets for electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) modules. The board is also populated with 16 jumpers and 1 34-pin connector.

When the function associated with the LED is active, the LED is on. When the function is not active, the LED is off. Located beside the red indicator LEDs is an amber indicator LED. When the amber LED is on, the board is receiving power and is processing as normal. The board is functioning without error or warning. When the amber LED is off, the board is not receiving power or has ceased to process signals. This might be because an error has occurred. If the drive is still receiving power, it is best practice to run the diagnostic programs. They are accessed through the control panel which is on the side of the drive. Use the keypad to make choices and navigate through the menus. When presented with the option to run the diagnostic programs, start the program.
