Description
The GE Div Multi Auxiliary Board DS3800HLIA1 is designed for quick installation in the drive. The board features a modular connector on 1 end and retention levers on the other end. The GE Div Multi Auxiliary Board DS3800HLIA1 also is populated with 15 red indicator LEDs and 1 amber LED which are visible from the front of the board.
The GE Div Multi Auxiliary Board DS3800HLIA1 is populated with indicator LEDs to assist the operator while monitoring the drive. The LEDs are visible to the operator while the drive is in operation. When the red LEDs are lit, it indicates that an error has occurred and that further action is required. You can begin the troubleshooting task by removing all power from the drive. You must wait 30 seconds for all power to exit the capacitors on the board. The capacitors store high-voltage during operation and release it. If you touch the board immediately after power is removed, you might receive a powerful shock from the capacitors. However, if you wait 30 seconds, the power will exit the capacitors and the drive is safe to touch.
Open the retention levers and without removing the board raise it out of the modular connector. Then press it back into the modular connector. Restore power and restart the drive. This might enable the board to restart and resolve any processing problems it is experiencing. If the problem remains, run the diagnostic program to view a report on the health of all the components in the drive.

Repair
We offer repair on most GE Turbine boards we sell. Although we usually have replacements available, we recognize that customers may prefer to have their board repaired. Our repair program allows us to offer a lower cost alternative to replacement.
