Description
The DS3800HITA1F1E from GE is a printed circuit board created as part of their Speedtronic Mark IV gas and steam turbine control series. With intentional redundancies built between integrated chipsets, the Mark IV is designed to limit downtime due to electronics failure. The DS3800HITA1F1E is used specifically as an I/O (Input/Output) control board, with the following specs:

has been factory-drilled in each corner of the board.

the top edge of the board is labeled A/B/C/D/E/F/G/H/I/J. Triangles are set between each letter to help with alignment.

AMP connector (218A4553-1 AMP 533002-1 8442) populates the left edge of the board.

has been marked on its bottom edge 6BA06 and 6DA03.

has nine LEDs--eight red (0-7) and one amber (Imok)

has fifteen test points (1-7,ox, va, vb, vc, out 0, out 1, out 2, dcom)

has seven jumper switches. Five sit between the choices A or B. Jumper number six sits between short and long. Jumper number seven sits between on and off.

has four resistor networks
DS3800HITA1F1E is designed with small capacitors located all around the board. It has thirty-four integrated circuits, including Eproms, oscillators, and DIP components. The DS3800HITA1F1E is designed with metal film resistors.
