Description
The IS200TRPGH3B is a General Electric board component for the Mark VI system.The Mark VI is one of the last Speedtronic gas or steam turbine management systems released by GE.This system features an operator interface that is loaded with software like CIMPLICITY graphics. The system has speed inputs, emergency overspeed protection, and proximitor inputs for vibration protection. The IS200TRPGH3B is a Turbine Primary Trip terminal board for Gas systems.It is controlled by either a PTUR or VTUR Primary Turbine Protection controller.The IS200TRPGH3B has nine magnetic relays placed in three voting circuits that interface with three trip solenoids, or EDTs.There are several versions of the TRPG board; this version supports TMR applications. It is identical to an IS200TRPGH1B board, except it features special handling of 28 V control power.The board can also accept up to eight inputs from Geiger-Mueller flame detectors. The IS200TRPGH3B is designed with nine relays (previously mentioned,) three cable connectors, plug connectors, two terminal blocks, polyester vinyl capacitors as well as other types of capacitors, transistors, resistors, and diode bridge rectifiers.The terminal blocks (TB1 and TB2,) each have twenty-four screw connections. The blocks connect to the board using two screws each. The cable connectors are labeled JR1, JS1, and JT1. Plug connectors are J1 through J5 and vary from three positions to twelve.There are several standoffs on the board that support a shield over the polyvinyl capacitors and other components. The IS200TRPGH3B is marked with codes like 94V-0 and FA/00.The board has two openings for to allow for the mounting of the board.
