Description
The IS200BPIBG1AEBis a Phase Logic Module manufactured by GE for the Mark VI system.The MKVI is one of General Electric's Speedtronic gas and steam turbine management series. TheIS200BPIBG1AEBcaptures faults discovered by the Gate Driver boards and reports the faults.Some of these faults are processed on the IS200BPIBG1AEBboard. The board also provides the signal conditioning needed to interface P1 connector logic signal controls to Gate Driver and Shunt Feedback boards. TheIS200BPIBG1AEBis built with a narrow front faceplate.The board plugs into a VME type rack using the P1 connector located on the rear edge of the board. The board connects to various IGBT boards using six plug connectors located on the board. The board also uses five stab-on connectors to detect Phase A, B, and C sensing signals and dc link negative and positive signals.Most stab connections are located directly behind the faceplate. The IS200BPIBG1AEBhas no test points, fuses, or LED indicators. TheIS200BPIBG1AEBincludes a serial 1024-bit memory device.Memory is programmed with board identification and revision information.The board has three transformers, sixteen resistor network arrays, three transistors, and over thirty integrated circuits.Most resistors on the board are made of metal film. TheIS200BPIBG1AEBis drilled in all four corners.The board number is marked on one edge. All components carry a number and a reference designator.Refer to retained manuals or other publications for information pertaining to installation. Please follow all manufacturer suggested safety procedures.Only properly trained personnel should install or maintain MKVI equipment.
