The DS3820AIRA1 is an analog I/O module for General Electric’s Mark IV Speedtronic line.The DS3820AIRA1 has five large box boxes and one smaller black box. In between the black boxes are metal strips with screws. The strip to the far left has seventeen screws, the middle strip has twelve screws and the strip to the far right has seventeen screws. The DS3820AIRA1 has three long male terminal ports with thirty-two metal prongs, seven short male terminal ports with ten metal prongs, and two medium length male terminal ports that have twenty metal prongs. These male terminal ports are used to connect the DS3820AIRA1 with surrounding circuit boards. The DS3820AIRA1 has around sixty resistors. The resistors restrict energy flow throughout the board. The resistors can be identified by the multiple colored rings around them. Each ring corresponds with how much energy each resistor can restrict. The DS3820AIRA1 has forty-one tiny yellow didoes.
