The DS3800HRDA1C1C is a circuit board made by General Electric as part of there Mark IV Speedtronic series.The DS3800HRDA1C1C has nearly thirty EEPROM and EPROMs. The EEPROM and EPROMs hold all the data for the DS3800HRDA1C1C to run smoothly. The EEPROM has a set type of programming and cannot be altered. The EPROM however, may be updated as needed. There is a section labeled “SPARE” where another EEPROM or EPROM may be added. There are four black boxes each housing four red LED lights. There is also two yellow colored LED without a housing. There is eighteen bead like grey diodes, five light blue diodes, five large grey diodes, over twenty-five green diodes, and thirty-five glass diodes with an orange tint. The board connects with others and features a couple of contact points. There are two male ports. They vary in size one is small while the other runs the length of the board. There is also a female port that runs the length of the board across from the larger male port. To secure the DS3800HRDA1C1C after connecting all the wiring harnesses, all that needs to be done is add two screws to stabilize the circuit board and snap two clips in place. There is also around eighty resistors. The resistors have special color marks to show how much energy they can handle and help move around the circuit board. Every piece small or large is coded and labeled, along with General Electric’s (GE) insignia and product code (DS3800HRDA1C1C ).
